Our young sports leaders are at the heart of building a healthier, more connected community, driving activities that bring people of all ages together.

At GA Hounslow, we’re building a healthier, more connected borough — by linking young people to opportunities that help them grow and lead, while bringing communities together through sport and wellbeing. We’re not a direct provider of sessions. Instead, we work behind the scenes as a host organisation, coordinating partnerships and supporting local programmes that create real impact across Hounslow. GA Hounslow is a registered charity, proudly formed as a legacy of the Model City London initiative. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Laureus, Nike, and the Greater London Authority for launching this journey and supporting our founding programme.

Our Story

We connect young sports leaders to local opportunities, from volunteering and mentoring to work experience, apprenticeships, and qualifications. We support a network of community partners, helping them grow their reach, share insights, and build stronger, more inclusive activities. We amplify local stories and successes, shining a light on youth leadership and cross-generational connections across our borough. Together with schools, clubs, charities, and grassroots organisations, we’re creating a joined-up movement that breaks down barriers and builds brighter futures.
